If you are at an embassy someone in the counselor section can notarize for you.

You can do it in Canada at an Embassy and maybe a consulate if one is close to you. 

I invest in single-family homes and have had difficulty closing online and since the pandemic the US Embassy has suspended notary services.

Closing date was originally Feb 4th, and have an appointment with the local US embassy for Feb 9 to sign/notarize the documents.Thanks.

I am going to be in the Bahamas for 45 days in late spring and hoping to avoid a turn around flight to Ft Lauderdale if I need to close anythingyou can go to the US embassy if they have one and get a notary.. thats how folks in many other countries close their deals its expensive and time consuming but probably less than air fair etc. 

That book, paired with the mindset of relentless pursuit, put me in a meeting room at an Embassy Suites two weeks later with a Rich Dad poor dad rep.

Of course this was impossible with work, but they informed us that the US embassy is an option.
