I wanted to be able to help educate people, especially the underserved community, about real estate, whether buying, selling, and assisting with the process of foreclosures and short sales.

Typically, I also avoid paid education because there is so much free content.

While it may not be able to answer technical questions accurately like the number of days for a notice of default, it can educate you on the general steps involved and common pitfalls landlords make.Best of luck!

How do you approach educating people on the realities of the business? 

I am currently simply educating myself on such options. 

But you need to educate yourself and know exactly what the remedy is, or you may pay a huge expense for nothing.Any company that's doing a bid will video your line (no cost) so they can properly determine what the issue is.

One out of the box idea that might be cool is to implement an educational feature similar to learning a new language on Duolingo.

I have been able to take my real estate portfolio to a level in which i really didn't think possible and educate myself on so many things not only in real estate but in creating wealth throughout the power of networking with others that have experience and proven track records in other types of businesses.
