Macs are more expensive than PCs, especially when you load then up with maximum memory and a solid state hard drive - both of which I highly recommend.Most computers will still come with a "spinning disk" hard drive. 

They cost much more in US then regular electric and the magnetic pot thing may be a  turnoff for some renters.

I think a lot of people moved away from traditional job magnet cities like New York and San Fran to weather the pandemic.

Now for instance in North Charleston SC which was a tougher town.. they did build a magnet school that changed that city around I built 25 homes there and the values sky rocketed once that magnet school was built.
