Some of that really early insulated wiring is kinda trash--the insulation gets brittle and disintegrates, which is (to put it mildly) not the best, but that's not what he's saying. 99% chance you either misunderstood or he is lying.The bathrooms have mold because they're damp.

If particle board or MDF, then they might just be disintegrating.

I've seen houses with them stand vacant for months and just disintegrate before my eyes.

The toilet paper IS designed to disintegrate quickly and is unlikely to cause a problem in my opinion.OK, enough potty talk, I guess...  :-)

There's so many nice all wood cabinets there's no need to put in particle crap that will disintegrate.

I believe any problem that presents in life is a simple stand-in for deeper issues - issues that are often so enmeshed into one's own personality that their (eventual) resolution (aka transformation) requires a disintegration of self (literally, a dis-integration), and a subsequent rebuilding of the self.

Private Lenders ....they are usually legit but oh so hard to get to...as they have anywhere from 10 to 20 opportunities per month "pushed" in their direction by Wannabees, Agents and Brokers...so they never really get to know the guy or gal who is in need of a loan...so the big thing that has been lost is the relationship that allowed the Private Lender to lend but also to a special service to those in need.So why has this been allowed to disintegrate into wholesale corrupt practices...GOVERNMENT...  

Old houses have cast iron pipers that will disintegrate (because of age and/or foundation shift).

My biggest fear would be investing in TTU, the Big 12 disintegrating, and the school losing 25% of their enrollment as a result of not being in a power 5 conference.
