However, it does demand solid digital marketing expertise to see positive results.

It was an awesome property that would be 8 digits in Southern CA if you could even find such a property.  

If you have a small home (1/1 or 2/1) it may work for travel medical professionals and digital nomads.

Here’s a good starting point:Identify Your Target Market: Mid-term rentals typically cater to groups like traveling professionals, digital nomads, or people relocating for work.

If you have 6 digits coming in cash you can definitely spread that around wisely in Ohio using proper leverage, but I would be careful about planning to scale before your feet are even wet.
