You may NOT ask about the disability diagnosis.

You wouldn't go to a podiatrist for a cancer diagnosis and you wouldn't go to an IRS resolution specialist for help with your Required Minimum Distributions calculations.

Some are legitimate but many issues we can't recreate during a diagnosis only to leave and get another maintenance request in the next few weeks.

It has to be from a mental health professional and indicate the diagnosis of the individual.

If they are asking about an emotional support animal, then they have been diagnosed with a mental condition by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist...from your state, and can supply the appropriate letter of diagnosis.
