I was a, landlord for 15uears before my house was destroyed.

And……I have seen great real estate locations become destroyed by bad management. 

We have since won that lawsuit andthe judgment will destroy that client financially for the rest of his life.

Another advice I have been given is "just be a good landlord" but that doesn't protect me against crazy tenants and ambulance chasing lawyers who would be happy to destroy my life. 

I know it depends on the policy, but the house is completely destroyed and cannot be sold, ive lost lots of money already and this is affecting my mental health.

Can you pay all of your bills, mortgage for the rental and potential maintenance bills for a rental if the tenants don't pay their rent or if the place is vacant and needs rehab after the tenants destroyed it?

Although they HAVE to sell are desperate to sell, NEED to sell, they are NOT motivated.They rather pour concrete down the drain, destroy the cabinets then sell to you... at market value, let alone at a discount.So, once you truly and fully understand this,  think about it.

You do not have to pay for them staying at a hotel, that is on them and/or their insurance. the tenant does have the option of canceling the lease, but you do not - unless the property was severely damaged or destroyed.

This also allows for property owners to more easily write-off assets that get damaged/destroyed as the value of these assets is determined as part of the study.

Seven years is a lot of time for someone to cook meth in the bathroom and destroy a home.Why wait until the lease is over?
