We created a model for our investors that show AAR/IRR/EM but also what that does to your capital in $ terms. 

I guess they think these investors are accredited so a fee structure is a good model.

The nice thing about the arbitrage business model, is the companies usually pay you a monthly rent, and then they handle all of the AirBNB stuff. 

So, if you don't know how to build financial models, there are some available that are pretty good online (adventures in CRE is a great resource).  

@Michael Carbonare The rent to own strategy has been good to our business model as a long term buy and hold investors. 

An option to better understand and see the model without having to spend all the time is turnkey interesting.

I don’t know if innovative per se, but I’ve been investing with smaller amounts (5k-25k) into large multi million dollar projects by leveraging the investment club model.
