Hey guys, there are tons of wordpress themes out there.Tons are free.Lots cost money.I figure that there are so many free ones that there are bound to be plenty of slick looking themes that are well diversified and functional.Does anyone have a vote for a theme that has worked great for them or one that is super functional and customizable?

It is very powerful and customizable.

It seems that there are so many online services that offer those packages already for $100 - $500 a month for real estate agents, but very few offer fully customizable solutions where the agent would be about $5,000 - $10,000 for the initial custom design of their online presence. 

I use Zoho CRM for my investing business since it's industry leading, completely customizable, and under constant development to stay ahead of the feature trends.For my agent business, kvCORE is an all-in-one CRM & Lead Generation platform provided for free by my brokerage.

More than 50 customizable funds offered on Avestor platform combine the best features of syndication deals and traditional blind pool funds offering investors the ability to pick and choose which deal they want and still get the benefits of a fund wrapper including a single K-1.

It has customizable action plans for lead campaigns, they draft content for a monthly newsletter that you can modify and send, and they include a free wordpress website (can be upgraded for IDX) that is also updated regularly with blog posts and is customizable. 

We are definitely working towards having a number of those features all in one place.Our next release, which should be in October, will include background/credit screening, a new monthly pricing option, and improvements to our customizable online application that we already offer.  

I would suggest looking into Cozy which is completely free, has great UI, customizable rental applications (I believe), and allows the tenant to pay directly for the background/credit check.

All shipments will have your logo placed on the front of each box, and a customizable insert on the inside of the box.

Mailchimp and some of their competitors have very easy customizable forms that create markup you can copy into your site.
