Ditto to all of the above.  85% is very doable with a strong credit score, strong dscr, but yes, the rate is going to be higher because of the higher leverage.

This is the max it seems most "A" lenders will loan too, I might get 50% from a credit union but that still probably not help in the short term.How do people keep going?

My main Partner is Chase because gives the biggest limits great when it comes to building a relationship and getting BLOCs and other things also would recommend local credit unions biggest thing you always need to figure is the banks Cap of what they are willing to lend until they need everything Chase for example is 150k Citizen Bank if in area a great one for Blocs only require bank statements to calculate how much you can qualify for.

You can pre-screen them for free, then run the credit/criminal background only for those that pass your initial review so you're not wasting time.
