My goals is to fund my youngest daughters college fund, create some passive income, become financially independent, and conquer whatever challenges that may/will occur.  

Look up future land use maps on the city website and see what projects are planned for the upcoming years.You can't conquer it all so best to concentrate on 1 specific area. 

Conquer those fears to reach your goals and dreams.
