Can you find humor for a person to get out of responsibility by bullying, no respect to others or law by asking us give up our rights as landlord so he can benefit, no appreciation that we selected and trusted them with our house, no empathy or compassion when I called and pleaded with him yet the same person preaches responsibility, respect, appreciation, empathy, and compassion?

Also their is that effect of when people are in a groups, they lose personal accountability and their moral compass goes out the window.Why do you want to report them?

She has a long term issue for housing and while I applaud your compassion it is only going to get more difficult until she comes to the reality that she needs to move.  

With that specific loan product, you can get the work completed prior to moving in, and with $40k left on your loan limit you'd probably be able to fix the majority of those issues.I completely get taking on a rehab from the get-go may be a little bit intimidating, but one of my other favorite sayings is "let discomfort be your compass" - the more difficult the challenge is the faster you'll grow.  

Someone indicating that their moral compass and their ethics is leading them to write A public slander against someone that aggravated them.

I fully realize this is the wrong business for a person with too much compassion. 

With the exception of Compass Cove and maybe 1-2 other resorts, I typically don't show my clients anything on South Ocean. 

Add in the sudden death of a (probably very long time) spouse and a little compassion wouldn't kill you.
