I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy who realized that trading my time for money is never going to earn me freedom (and not even come close to paying off my student debt).I've recently opened my own Cryotherapy Clinic and it is my first true business asset.

Often, these are tenants who can use free legal services and  clinics (meaning they are being represented or advised for free based on their income while the landlord has to pay). 

Therapy animals provide people with therapeutic contact, usually in a clinical setting, to improve their physical, social, emotional, and/or cognitive functioning.I would also add one more point that is often misunderstood; with the millions of men & women who experienced combat in the US Military, hundreds of thousands return home with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder).

Maybe posting a flyer in dialysis clinics might be a good idea. 

Today, I'm a month away from having completed my first year of nursing clinicals.

Been hearing advertisements on the radio for a Saturday free clinic on instructions about flipping and the opportunity to join a team.

I would watch out for government run low income buildings or clinics as they usually dont change location often

For white collar workers, Cleveland Clinic brings in medical students, doctors, and administrators. 

I received a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology over the summer.  

In my previous situation, we built bridges, small health clinics, and schools from ground up, currently we do tenant improvements, so still, even with my construction experience previously, there is still a transition/learning curve.
