Definitely get more time to figure this out - or walk away if they will not grant it.Septic can be very expensive, and Eau Claire has a very long winter.

If the costs are similar to what I have seen in the twin cities area, it isn't a deal that would excite me at all.I'm not sure what the market is like in Eau Claire, but I have been looking in MN and haven't seen a 4 plex priced with a decent return in a while.
