Hi everyone!

I'm new to the BiggerPockets community and podcast and just want to reach out. My goal is to start on this path by wholesaling real estate in the Brevard County, Florida area. I'm born and raised in Florida and know the area very well. Eventually I'd like to wholesale properties to myself and implement the BRRRR strategy, but for now my primary focus is creating a successful wholesaling system to other investors.

I'm in the stages of building an extensive buyer list and networking while also writing a formal business plan. If you're an investor in the Florida market and would like to be on my buyer list, feel free to reach out! I'm more than open to any advice, tips, or questions anyone may have.

Thanks,

Kurt
