Brandon Turner's books are an EXCELLENT starting point.Next, I'd make sure to listen to as many BP podcast episodes as you can.

Go listen to The David Greene Podcast, Episode 11, and see how this guy cashed out equity and then nearly lost his shirt. 

I'll be honest, I have only listened to one or two episodes of The Better Life. 

Some resources I've been using to educate myself so far are:-The Bigger Pockets podcast: I am on episode 11 of it on Spotify, it has been a great resource so far, touching upon many key parts of real estate investment. 

Coincidentally, I just listened to episode 3690 on Next Level CRE: Power of Mindset today.

My journey started by listening to literally hundreds of episodes of the BP podcast, and taking notes on which guests had investment strategies that I could see myself trying. 

With the recent episode of BP covering this topic I'd figured it be a good idea to start a thread for all those curious here.

It is a GREAT video on MTR with Jesse Vasquez (he has an episode here on BP) one of the leading MTR authorities.

They now have an episode every week devoted to the topic of bitcoin specifically.
