We tried to expedite these turnovers by using the same wall paint, ceiling paint, trim paint for all of the properties.

(high rise condo) The vent does not work and as a result humidity damaged the ceiling. 

I do have 2 exits as it a walkout basement and the ceiling is 7 ft high.

The positive for you is that we hit the ceiling in mortgage rates at the end of last October, with them being down about 2% since that time.

They almost flooded the entire ceiling the first day because they couldn't even figure out how to turn the water all the way off.I am looking for an answer on how I can deal with this.

The house has some great pros:• Newer 2000's home with renovations in the last 4 years• Renovations include: paint, lvp, toilets, vanity, ceiling lights/fans, roof and HVAC• Tenants look like they are up keeping the house decently.

Then you do floors because you can't do base and case until the floors are in and going full costs of paint will just get damaged during the balance of the rehab (although I often complete the ceiling paint in total).

Loud neighbors, a poor location, and poor floor plan could mean a constant uphill battle to keep guests happy, and likely a lower ceiling for guest review scores.  

Does the unit have textured ceilings and over 50 years old? 

Also, per the images, a crack develops in the kitchen, on the other side of the house where the wall meets the ceiling.
