If installed in areas of high foundation movement you will have possible buckling and separation.

I was in the military and bought a house in Fayetteville, NC since I was stationed there-which I now rent out...That was two years ago, and I have not made much movement to further my real estate investing journey, until now!

Markets these days are way more vicious and V like, not linear movements.

It was a giant cultural movement.

There is cracking and quite a bit of of movement/settling/leaning in 2 corners of the foundation.

Once rates are cut, hopefully a couple of times, we will see more movement.

There doesn't seem to be any movement in the 2-4 bedroom cabins as far as I can see.
