I am trying to connect the dots of previous transactions in history.early Dec 2011 - Notice of Default (NOD)late Dec 2011 - lender (bank) resells loan to private party (XYZ), not a bank.early Feb 2012 - Notice of Cancellationmid Apr 2012 - Grant Deed: title transfers from owners to (XYZ)I can tell from the above documents that the foreclosure was averted after the bank resold the loan to a private party (XYZ), who then became the owner eventually.

In every bootcamp, seminar, coaching program there's a nugget worth a million bucks BUT perspiration must be applied to reap said nugget.I started with one house hacked duplex and now own 2400 units + a vertically integrated real estate company of 80+ employees (which I started on my own in my spare bedroom).Not saying Smurock is good or bad per se.
