In every bootcamp, seminar, coaching program there's a nugget worth a million bucks BUT perspiration must be applied to reap said nugget.I started with one house hacked duplex and now own 2400 units + a vertically integrated real estate company of 80+ employees (which I started on my own in my spare bedroom).Not saying Smurock is good or bad per se.
