@Lee Judd I just finished reading “Atomic Habits” by James Clear, and he talks about that strategy.

Out west there is Atomic Range, but that is out of my league.

That is the atomic bomb of credit disasters.

Hi Thomas, I love Atomic Habits if you haven't already read that, implementing "habit stacking" has really helped me stay consistent with my routines in an almost effortless fashion.

Also, is it the same electron in my bulb or does one bump the next in a "chain reaction" and if it is a chain reaction why doesn't it blow up like an atomic bomb since that is also a chain reaction.

My office manages a lot of rental properties as well and I see the big turnover, but I also get a tom of calls as soon as we put up a sign.
