I'm getting annoyed all over again because I'm paying a higher percentage and getting way less service than I had before.

It is very common for one employee to not know what the other is doing;2) Fees:- Instead of requiring tenants to pay in one lump sum, they let them pay in chunks (which is very annoying as they will charge you $10 for each chunk payment your tenant make; that means you'll be charged $30-40 more per unit/month if they let them pay in 3-4 chunks);- Every bill they pay for you will cost you $10 (+$20-40 more per unit/month).

They sell product only in many cases, and if you are working with someone you must apply some critical thinking and skepticism to their advice and see if it is in your best interests.I frankly get annoyed when I see and hear comments about high compensation of insurance agents as an argument against using it, as that is really not relevant if the ultimate solution is good and valuable.  

My wife and I got this piece of advice early in our investing career and, to this day, we both look at each other and say "NEXT" in unison whenever one of these myriad annoyances occurs.

So I can see how that could be annoying. 

They’re in that annoying stage of procrastination.  

The noise from upstairs is annoying so next time I'd do more testing of the quality of soundproofing in the ceiling (older home so wasn't as good).

The local bank that we used for financing was a bit annoying at the end but it all got done, more headaches that you should have been but not the worst.  

While annoying, it works in a good cop/bad cop scenario. 

If I was the previous owner(s), I admit I'd be annoyed.
