LOLThe capitalization rate, adored by investors ebrywhere who are obsessed with proving to themselves and others that they made the right decission.I think there might be two or three others on this site taht might say I have a little better than an basic understanding of financial issues, so my opinion is pretty much the same as Mike O pointed out.
