What you have described is essentially what I would love to accomplish in the next two years.

You will need to look at your goals (and if you haven’t laid out a plan for what you want to accomplish in the next 10 years you should do so).

I have not looked into it how to accomplish that, but you might want to.

Second - a DSCR 30 year fixed perm loan to refi the hard money loan and hold onto long term.What others have replied to is completely accurate - it is hard to accomplish BRRRRs right now due to the DSCR refi constraints (interest rates, LTVs and seasoning periods), however, not impossible.

Could that be accomplished through a purchase contract (that lasts x number of years)?

Man up say you are sorry and be at peace maybe you guys can do more deals long term or fight more and accomplish nothing.

I think you can accomplish it, but you would want to check the inventory in the area for MTR because most MTR will want to stay privately.

Not to mention over the course of those 3 years (or however long) your $1,000 a month hasn't just been sitting in a savings account losing value - it's been buying assets for you that create income, while still helping you accomplish your long term goal of buying real estate.
