I'm currently working as a manager for AMC Movie Theaters and I'm looking for a career change into Real estate.

I've done the asking friends and family, tried finding investors - I run a small business selling and installing home theater equipment, so I've met a lot of wealthy people - but still can't even come up with enough to just front the money myself to get this going.

However, because of your idea, I started doing my research and came across drive-in movie theaters.

It's a little elementary school-esque, but it worked and was great.We had a meeting in an old theater once.

There is a lot to do in Chattanooga- museum, aquarium, baseball stadium, theater, downtown shopping, plus Atlanta and Nashville are only 2 hours away.
