Luxury Dinner Theater and Cinema Seeking Capital investment

Other commercial investment investment.

Purchase price: $875,000
Cash invested: $500,000

Purchased an old 5 screen movie theater and converting it into a Luxury Dinner Theater and Cinemas. Total investment including property is $2.1m. 

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Large Returns and a Passion for Cinema

Directly with the previous ownership

How did you finance this deal?

Bank board approved Loan for $2.1m (closing the 2nd week of January 2023) with $500,000 private investment. We have secured $100,000 of the $500,000 thus far and are seeking the additional $400,000.
