I recently moved to Toronto from the US, where I had rental property that I am in the process of selling.

Recently, many websites in Great Toronto Area comes up with all sorts of real estate information like bungol.ca  one of them, trying to enable people to study and find their property by self-studying , not going through real estate agent, do you really y think  is feasible?

I am currently living in Toronto and working in Chicago.

Buying preconstruction condos was a good play for a few years in Toronto/GTA but as soon as the market turned people realized how risky that strategy is. 

If Toronto is hot like Denver, any home that's been on the market for more than maybe two weeks can develop a stigma.
