I've been with them for about 6 months for the silver package, that comes with a cold caller and an acquisitions manager.

I love Bigger Pockets because 99.9% of the posts on here are legitimate, and the very few that aren't, quickly get cut off by the eagle-eyed forum moderators.

There is no silver bullet system or tool out there to get you good deals auto-magically..

It's a bit of a mess and we are trying to find all the possible silver linings. 

The only silver lining was that we also significantly underestimated our bed rates - an average of $1800 per bed less.
