Marijuana is illegal in my state, but it's not on the same level as meth or heroin.

Ive threatened to start eviction if it continues and have even smellwd some marijuana smoke which is a big deal not being from those few treehugger states.  

Am I responsible in any way for tenants dealing drugs or growing marijuana in one of my properties?

I've spoken to my tenants several times about the use of smoking and Vape products and marijuana products.

The neighbors say they smoke marijuana inside non stop and someone threw a brick or large object through the new front window back in January and never fixed it.

Hello BP,I own a quadplex 4 unit multifamily in a state where marijuana is not legal in any capacity (recreational or medicinal); and one of my tenants (A) has mentioned marijuana smells coming in through the vents shared among all units. 

Seems like there were always shady people living there, and at one point a  marijuana growing operation as I assumed with cleaning out the back yard mess.

During my time in college I made some lucky investments in bitcoin and marijuana stocks.

A resident on the second floor is a medical marijuana user who vapes for her condition.

This reminds me of the marijuana industry.
