@Rickey Mayes even if you buy a condo as a primary residence, alot of them will require 25% down if they do not have reserves and meet full review requirements.

But at the local commercial level, you’ll have a more in depth underwriting review process

An accountant is a general job title that may potentially do one of many different tasks(bookkeeping, reviewing financials, assurance, taxation, etc)Bookkeepers are specific that they will likely only do the bookkeeping.

However, after reviewing our records, we couldn't find any history of you investing in any of our deals.

I originally gave them a good review because of their STR policies.

They had a beautiful listing and 14 great reviews but their calendar was wide open.

If you can drive up the number of reviews (hopefully all positive) then you can also probably get a bump in the algorithms.
