Hey Marika, I'm originally from Queens, New York. 

To give you an idea... we ended up renting the 2/1 to two 20-something friends, one works in Elizabeth and the other goes to grad school in the city. 

They were major drama queens, I fixed their cars, fed their dogs, shuttled them around etc.

That cost $2,300I went with a local artist who did the mural and the one by the pool for $4,200.Flooring is 4 large rugs with rug pads.Gaming systems are PS5 and Xbox One.You can see from my setup that a sofa/sleeper could easily add a queen bed capacity.  

It also had a loft and a few queen sleepers and can sleep 16. it is about 2200 sq feet.

thats an odd monthly payment.. can you quit at anytime so maybe only risk 2k and two payments of 747.00  you know the queen of the skies. 

Am in queens, NY is not landlord friendly.
