@Desiree Maya You’d think those things might be a bit of a solution to the homeless problem.

Even if i did have enough cash to put down for positive cash flow deals, the OC/LA deals would leave such a small cash on cash return that I may as well use a different investment vehicle. 

If you’re going to not occupy it, you may as well rent it out right away, since they’re both technically mortgage fraud.

At $5 you may as well just offer free cleaning....

Once we fill up this vacant unit with this smoker that moved out we will be evicting one tenant in May as he is a chronic late payer. 

14A this is still in talks so I took my other property figured out the % on that one and may a guess on this one.

However, if you are buying business cards, or making signs, or doing stationary, you may as well have it be of a design that is consistent in color, copy, etc. so that it is pleasing to the eye and easy to remember.
