What are your thoughts on a quality metal frame with glass top dining table? 

While I do believe that some of the posters on BP are able to do a quality job self managing their portfolio of STR properties, they are spending a lot more time doing it than they’d like to admit.10 years ago in many markets STR provided outsized returns.

I paid about $1,500 for the installation of a high-quality 4-security-camera system, which can be monitored by both the tenants (and you!)

Much like other markets in the Midwest, investors go to our market because of the low barrier to entry.

.- The management company charges a management fee of 10% - 15% which can be a little higher than average property management companies, but that cost may be offset by higher quality of services.- The management company also charges for other services such as fee for coordinating maintenance and repairs, and turnover and releasing.

As long as viewers can see the layout and general quality, I think it's safe to market.

I tell people all the time: if you can't find a quality PM in a market, don't invest in that market!
