It has a typical unfinished basement with a concrete floor and there shouldn't be any reason to go down there except to do your laundry. 

I recently purchased a three family with a 50% finished basement that currently is only used for laundry.

I don't see how someone can wash a full load without having the other side to rinse in.

His story was, he failed in business 2 times and figured it out on the 3rd go around. 3billion later i got to take a picture with him.I also failed 2 times.

And it IS relevant to the now, because with it failing and looking to be all but failed, now there seems to be a laundry list of very serious illegal activity accusations and NONE from I've read of "oh dang, it didn't work".... 

At the end of the day (from what I understand) it is a wash anyway. 

There is no lock because the laundry machines are in the basement. 

At various times during the past 25 years he “specialized” in oil and gas drilling, franchise sales, surgical center investments, office centers, start up incubators, vitamins, mobile washing equipment, cemetery syndications, residential mortgage brokerage, commercial mortgage brokerage, insurance as an investment, long term care insurance, and property development in Mexico.  

No laundry etc.
