Trane didn't response us for this request by far.We doubt the dealer's words for the motor issue.No cost be replaced the motor but in 1 more year, we need to pay labor cost.

I've already reached out to two dealers — one doesn't operate in Massachusetts, and the other provided a quote of $4500 for the smallest appliance.

We have the structural relationships in place, ie; contractors, project manager, auction dealers, realtors.

Check what you can do and how much it will cost.Building codes/covenants-some places don't allow manufactured homes.Another source for used homes is new dealers.

If I got a $5k quote from a guy who looks like a Crack Dealer Smurf I may consider doing it myself as well :) Literally LOL'd.Literally.  

-"commercial" local/regional tiny house builders will offer some financing option or another, find someone local in your price bracket and work with their financing-park models can be financed through dealers/(etc), and small ~400 or 600 sq ft singlewides, although getting spendy, perhaps, could look attractive once you factor in the negative of anything smaller being tough or impossible to conventionally loan down the line.

Hi guys, I am self employed with no proof of W2s, i make a living buying cars at dealer auctions and leaving them on a local used car lot on consignment, I have $30k liquid and around $90k tied up in my current vehicles, usually my  vehicle inventory is sub 11, I want to get into the real estate game but in my situation im guessing its hard to get a good deal in getting a loan, I am single, no debt or responsibilities , ideally i would like to start with a single family home but in the current market so high i would even consider condos/town homes.
