Steven, i know this is an old thread but I hope you are still monitoring and will reply.I hold 11 rental properties in my own name but to reduce liability risk am thinking of placing them into LLCs.

But it wasn't just the video game, he had 3 or 4 monitors, 180 degree view, a steering wheel, pedals, an 18 gear shifter, you name it.

So many turn to the basement dwellers with the "command centers" full of pawn shop bought computer monitors of which some are in Porn Hub 24/7 while they shill crypto and for gurus in various spaces like real estate.

Should be permitted to install road and SWM infrastructure by summer 2025.

We used to have nice big TV monitors in the lobbies. 

One on beds, one being laundered, and one clean set in the closet.Not sure about the infrastructure in that market but I did not see it suggested you use a commercial laundry. 

We just sold about 50 properties in a couple of our mobile home parks so my project manager has a lot more time on her hands and I like to keep my crews busy so we have the infrastructure to handle it.

What is the best overall water metering company you have found when it comes to ease of installation, reliability, and the cost of the equipment and monitoring?

I know there are things I need to do to analyze if the deal is a good one, like rental rates, Status of the house/infrastructure, amenities in the area but what else should I be thinking of?
