Thanks for your help I figured out if I use FireFox this feature doesn't work for whatever reason but will work in Safari still can't figure out the problem with the iPhone app. 

This function works for the 3 major browsers -- Chrome, Firefox and IE; it should also work on Opera.

See if it will work on a different internet browser (ie: chrome, firefox, etc.)

I read a different post that suggested using different browsers and I have tried both Firefox and IE with no success.
