***I had a nightmare tenant (let's call them The Crystals) that didn't provide a fwd address either in the past and kept saying they would sue for the security deposit blabla but never did anything, kept the security deposit for their last month so they didn't overstayed, therefore I didn't chase them for the rest of the lease amount since they vacated, happy they were gone.In the case actions I see an officer was assigned, this is the first time I see this portal (created account to be able to look up the case once I saw the Rushmores packing up and leaving?

But if these Seattle projects will, two years from now after HB1110 rules are in force, appear to have been an ephemeral thing that came and went among a handful of limit-pushing builders,  our development might end up seeming weird (which could impact both buyer appeal & financeability).I know there's no crystal ball and the State rules have been changing rapidly, and might still change further.
