I have 2 other monthly loan payments I would like to pay off or lump in with my refinance as I believe with the forced appreciation and normal appreciation I will be able to pay off most my HELOC (5.99%) and all of my Credit Card that is currently at a 0% APR until end of May.

Together we make about 120k-ish and as were doing this, were actively paying down our credit card debt which together is about 20k at the moment, just fyi.I feel like this is a solid plan, but I'm not too big headed to admit that I don't know everything.

I would suggest looking at commercial banks or credit unions in the area to see if this is available.

So is this just as simple as showing how much the property makes or do they also look at personal debt to income, credit score, reserves etc as well.

If the inspection reveals a bigger problem, either you can try to keep the deal alive by offering a seller credit, which could motivate the buyer to move forward, or the buyer walks away.

Also, would this loan help build my personal credit, or would it only report to business credit bureaus under my LLC?
