@Kelly A. prop 10 is so bad on so many fronts for landlords and future tenants that I cannot even comprehend all of the ramifications.  

Everything was happening so fast that I didn’t comprehend what was happening enough to be able ughtfully describe it on BP, my mortgage lender offered a lot of helpful insight on how to handle the r and my friend reviewed the contract and offered a lot of help on what to do about the realtor.

That concept should be simple to comprehend.

In summary I’m not comprehending how using a HELOC as downpayment works financially as you’re hit with interest on all capital in the property.

Try making your decisions with your head not your hormones.

BTW, if the math gets too complicated, my brain freezes, so please let this be something simple to comprehend and figure.Thanks!
