I do have a co-host, but they're not able to provide much assistance in these areas.Any advice or recommendations for finding reliable handyman services and staging help for out-of-town STR owners?

Racine and Kenosha Co are side by side but their housing authorities couldn't be more different. 

We’ve booked yurts in Colorado (hike in only at high altitude, bring all your own stuff), remote cabins in Northern MN, etc.

I charge 20% straight to co host which includes vendor/guest /cleaner communication and managing the property.

CO states single dwelling (converting to a 2fam will cost upward of $100k- not an option).If I hold out- the property will have net profit of $600- possibly more if I refi again to bring my rate down.
