View or Los Altos or Saratoga or Los Gatos.. it was just the corner of Stevens Creek and Hwy 9 ( De Anza blvd to you new comers)  and when I  lived there it was still gravel.. one side was the Catholic church and the old black smith the other was Cali brothers were you bought your farm goods.. then the North west side was the Gemco shopping center .. and 280 was not built yet..

I have or have had gay tenants, Hispanic tenants, Caucasian tenants, jewish tenants, catholic tenants, atheist tenants and I have had good tenants from each (I have only had a few bad tenants that I raise rent way above market).

There are multiple sub programs to help even with the tenant paid portion of the rent such as the Catholic charities, Veteran's programs, etc that give an extra layer of protection that rent will be received while also doing a good thing for underserved individuals.
