Hey guys, I am looking to broaden my cold calling lists and want to add the "tired landlords" to the mix.

Just as some people are tired of feeling their landlord doesn't care, others are tired of being made out to be evil simply for running a business.

I’m tired of being poor I can’t live like this for the rest of my life working a 9-5, 2 week vacation a year, horrible pay, all for 60 years of your life.

Not a bad idea, if you’re tired of only doing outbound and want to get your feet wet with leads that come to you.

My sellers are often tired landlords.  

(I am getting pretty tired myself sounding like a broken record).Direct mail marketing works SO poorly, you need to send THOUSANDS of mailers, AND you need to send these thousands of mailers SEVERAL times to get a deal.So:BECAUSE the performance is SO low you need to send thousands to COMPENSATE for its poor performance AND hit the receivers several times BECAUSE the performance is so low to get a deal.Conclusion: "Direct mail marketing works"WHAT THE HECK?!

I’m still kicking the tires on AIO but I’m not sure the math works unless a borrower is betting on rates.

Many times, they use phrases, and such that seem to be above their pay grade, but they use them to make themselves look smarter in my opinion.For example, one of the latest ones I remember is we had a property for sale and the guy that was tire kicking and looking to see what kind of deal he could work out ask the question “when do we want to close escrow?”
