Hey BP community,I’m investing in a self-storage facility for the first time and have narrowed down my options to a few properties, mainly in Texas, New York or Arkansas.1.

I own 23 doors at this time in Arkansas and Northern Virginia, i have been using my own capital to buy units so far.

I was just reading in Docusign and in Mexico, Docusign gas a wisird where you can close everything with digital signatures there ar is a certain procedure but the notary will get in one of the room or conference and be done.

As mentioned by another reply, there is a specific law ARS 33-1806.01 speaks to the matter.
