It'd then come down to personal properties without titles such as jewelry, various tools/gear, furniture, etc.Currently, some assets are titled in both or our names.

Am i correct in assuming those are names more geared towards the sellers side of the equation?

With a few of those under my belt I want to shift gears and focus on rehabs/flips in order to achieve my short term goal of building more liquidity.

You can see how much a 1-car garage vs a 2-car garage affects appraisal, granite counters vs no granite counters, etc.For example, in my market, granite countertops are a $5,000 bump in the appraised value.The inspection is more geared towards finding what's wrong with the property (what's not up to code, safety issues) and making everything is in good condition and working as it should (electrical is wired correctly, plumbing drains well, no mold or termite damage, structurally sound roof, etc.) 

Does anyone have any knowledge on any companies in the area doing turn key operations, geared toward investors?

These metrics, in my opinion, are geared for mass growth acquisitions, scaling quickly, and likely dumping quickly when the sponge is dry.
