What is your exit strategy on this deal, wholesaling, buy and hold, rent with option to buy, etc?

I recently started working for New Western and am learning so much about wholesaling and fixing and flipping homes.

I have a deal going on in Delaware, and im wondering before anything else starts should i go undercontract or should until the buyers i have contacted make an offer on the property and then place it under contract.This Wholesaling stuff kinda stressful, but ill push through it.

I want to start investing with experts and have a wholesaling education but because I have suffered for God it is an emergency to get blessings and positive energy.

Compared to other strategies (like out of state investing, flipping, wholesaling, etc.), a HH is ** relatively ** simple and ** relatively ** lower-risk, and therefore has a higher chance of success.

We are exploring using these services for our wholesaling company but first would like some honest feed back from others before sifting through and comparing our options
