Damages from water leaks from unit above or roof are usually covered by insurance, all depends on who gets their way (aka who screams the loudest).

It is close to the University of Louisville and to the airport, but there are nicer neighborhoods that are also close that have more restaurants, coffee shops, etc. to offer an out of town visitor. 

I would hope that visitors to this site are more sophisticated and can appreciate saving and making as much money as possible.

Had a buddy find a dead body and scream...only to take a second look at realize it was just a scarecrow...lol

Example: You've got a company that sells services to commercial real estate agents, and can thus have your ads appear only for those visitors as they navigate BP.- Age: You can target your ads for visitors of any age or age range.- Gender: You can target your ads to show only for males or females.- Location: You can target your ads to members by Country, Region, State, Metro Area, or even by individual city.- Combine Several Criteria for Extremely Targeted Ads: Not only can you target your ads for any one of the above criteria, but you can target as many as you'd like!

Some folks who walked into the tent would stop and....literally scream when they were 10 feet away from this benign little snake; like it was suddenly going to leap out of it's cage and attach itself to their face.  

The words risk & liability scream at me.

We're in an environment now where for five years everyone has been screaming about how hyper inflation is coming. 

That screams "start up" and everyone will instantly be skeptical lol. 

However, unless the property is really a screaming deal, I tend to avoid the headache of this approach.
