Fannie and  Freddie SMall balance programs  do 10/30s and other variations of 30 yr ams.  5+ units contiguous sites.  

Yes there is huge variation, and a lot of it depends on the legal structure the organizer is using.For example if they are using regulation A+ (which allows them to target nonaccredited investors) the minimums are usually quite low: sometimes as low as $100 (but more typically around $5000-$10,000).If they are using 3c1 and 506b or 506c to target accredited investors only, they are generally limited to 99/100 investors, so the minimums are higher (typically around $25,000 but can be higher end as much as $500,000 or more).Other structure completely differently and target only qualified purchasers only ($5 million+ in investments not counting primary residence).

In a perfect world, it all works great and you make $10s of thousands for having very little or nothing in the deal.There's a variation on this called "Subject To" if there's still a loan against the property where you get the full title and just make payments to the bank on the Seller's behalf. 

If you're seeing a large amount of variation, it's primarily because the properties aren't that similar.

What I liked about the Adura Max is that it's thick, 100% waterproof and rigid so that it can handle variations in the floor better. 

Same for me, about a 75 point variation some months if I'm heavily using my cards. 

I prefer multiple variation in education.

But there will be variations of how much money is left in the deal.

In most construction Basically what I am asking is Does the #, size and total amount of opening space per square foot in regards to windows on houses accumulate to a pre determined number or is it based on every house specifically designed with window location and variation in mind.How do they figure out how many windows and what sizes?
