Hi,As a expert in real estate marketing/sales how will you rank following property characteristics from an Buyers perspective.

Besides the ability to generate cash flow, what other areas of value/characteristics are you looking for in an agent?

The location determines all long-term characteristics.

BP has been very good at eradicating topics containing characteristics of politics and the current toxic environment it perpetuates.

Messy is not a protected characteristic.

To me, I look for things where I have an interest, require some skill or ability that I already posses, and match the return characteristics that match my goals. 

With the added benefit of being an unsightly view from their unit.

I like many characteristics of it but not to the same degree of crazy love I have for construction.  

Any other market specific geographies, property characteristics, or negotiation nuances to be aware of?
