When we first arrived on island we rented from Cornerstone property management.

The numbers are tight on a fix and rent here on Long Island.

We recommend the following service twice a year: re- seed, fertilize, poison the pine islands, trim shrubs, inspect exterior of home and report any items that need attention.

I recently moved to Denver from Long Island, NY and although I do not currently own any properties (renting now) I am very interested in buying something within the next 3 years and investing in properties if possible.

Wells, they are the same cabinets, but we took down the two over the stove/island and put up a shorter one over the microhood and finished out the edge.
