I would guess 1300-1450 for rent.I also agree the size is a little large and doesn't fit the typical 1500 sq. ft bread and butter buy and holds.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Neighborhoods vary greatly within every market, but it would be wise to stick to bread-and-butter housing within the market you choose.

Alternatively, you could continue to acquire SFRs based on your bread n butter play while you educate yourself on small apts in your area.  

My bread and butter is lake worth especially 55+ condos, but I buy anywhere that is a deal.
